IMPORTANT MEMBER NOTICE – Disruption to Electronic Payments, May 1st, 2020

Dear Members,

Please be advised Friday, May 1st, is a European Bank Holiday (although a normal banking day in Ireland), as a result electronic payments will NOT be processed on this day in Ireland or across Europe, on account of the European Clearing System being closed.

What does this mean for our Members?

➡️There will be NO incoming EFT’s (electronic fund transfers) sent to Ros CU on May 1st, instead electronic transfers will be received by Ros CU on Tuesday, 5th May as Monday is a Bank Holiday in Ireland and our offices are closed.

➡️EFT’s leaving a Member’s account on Friday, May 1st will not leave until Tuesday, 5th May.

Please allow additional time for your EFT payment(s) to reach their beneficiary. Transactions will resume as normal on Tuesday, 5th May 2020.

If you have any queries please call us on 090 6626657, alternatively email info@roscommoncreditunion.ie

Thank you for your patience and wishing you and yours a lovely, safe bank holiday weekend.

From all the team at Roscommon Credit Union 😍
